CBR Enrollment One Stop

Welcome to Collegitate Baton Rouge!  This is your one stop shop for how to get ready for the 24-25 school year.

Registration:

In order to secure your seat for the 2024-2025 school year, you must complete new student registration.

All of our new families are invited to our campus for Enrollment Day on Tuesday, May 28th from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. More info to come!

To complete your registration:

1) Online Form:  All families have been sent an email containing a link to complete registration forms and directions on how to do so. If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder. If you still do not see the email, please call at (225) 892-6962 or email cbr_enrollment@collegiatebr.org ASAP.  

2) Documents:  You need to submit copies of your child's birth certificate, a parent/guardian photo ID, and a proof of residency (such as a power/water bill). You can either upload these when you complete the online registration form or bring them to our front office.

Uniform

  • Where to Purchase:  Purchase your uniform items from Fashion Era:
    • Jeans acceptable
    • No Hoods
    • Clear / mesh booksacks

First Day of School:

  • 8/5 - 9th Grade Orientation
  • 8/6 - New Student Map Testing
  • 8/7 - 10th + 11th Grade Orientation
  • 8/8 - 12th Grade Orientation
  • 8/9 - First day of regular classes for all students

Enrollment Day will be held at CBR on 5/28 from 8:30am to 12:30pm at 282 Lobdell Blvd Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
