CBR Enrollment One Stop

Welcome to Collegiate Baton Rouge!  This is your one stop shop for how to get ready for the 26-27 school year.

Registration:

In order to secure your seat for the 2026-2027 school year, you must complete a new student application at EnrollBR.org. You will be contacted with next steps.

To complete your registration:

1) Online Form:  All families who accept an offer have been sent an email from PowerSchool containing a link to complete registration forms and directions on how to do so. If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder. If you still do not see the email, please call at (225) 892-6962 or email cbr_enrollment@collegiatebr.org ASAP.  

2) Documents:  You need to submit copies of your child's school records, birth certificate, a parent/guardian photo ID, and a proof of residency (such as a power/water bill). You can either upload these when you complete the online registration form or bring them to our front office.

If you do not have a computer or need help completing registration, please call to schedule an appointment with Ms. Trahan.

  • Where to Purchase:  Purchase your uniform items from Fashion Era Uniform Store located at 7011 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806:

First Day of School:

  • 8/3 - 9th Grade Orientation
  • 8/4 - 10th + 11th Grade Orientation
  • 8/5 - New Student Map Testing
  • 8/6 - 12th Grade Orientation
  • 8/7 - First day of regular classes for all students

Enrollment Information:

Enrollment Day will be held at CBR on 5/26 from 8:30am to 12:30pm at 282 Lobdell Blvd Baton Rouge, LA 70806.

If you would like to complete paperwork in person you come to the front office during regular working hours.
